ooh yeah I would have a failure to inspect ticket if I didn't go to the shop I did. Literally 50 ft away from the shop a cop eyes my car down, turns around goes past where I parked and then turns around again and goes on his way. |
That's great it passed emissions. Its always the little stuff that gets you.

Every inspecation place, and person, is different. Same you might be able to get away with it, some you can't. It happens. Front plate is a easy fix, and it re-building headlight motors, did it twice on my old bird. Horn is just wiring.
