just talk to the prosecutor...it is a 4 point ticket and most likely at the minimum he will reduce it to 2 points...but even after that ask the judge before he gives you your penalty if there is anything he could possibly do to make it lower.

that happened to me, i had a 5 point ticket, prosecutor took it down to 4 points, asked the judged (dressed nicely of course, was very polite) if there was anything he could do, and he lowered it to 2. still got points but its better than a 5 point ticket plus an insurance raise.
