My gf was speeding in PA and got a pulled over. The cop was nice and instead of a speeding ticket he gave her a "failure to obey a road sign" or something along those lines. He said it carries no points... in PA. She has 2 points on her DL license now, because DMV said that any ticket she gets in PA points or not, transfers as 2 points.
