Alrite guys im in need of some advice yet again.

Im having some problems with the carb I put on my car. Its a holley 3310-2 750 vacuum secondaries carb. I believe the power valve is blown and thats causing some problems but my major concern lies in the secondaries.

As soon as gas gets pumped through the fuel line into the secondaries it comes spewing out of the vent. It gushes out non stop untill you shut it down. The main side of the carb is fine and I had a buddy's dad set the floats twice to make sure it wasnt that. Tho one float is metal and the other is plastic dont know if that means anything tho.

What do you guys think any advice would be appreciated.
