my brother does triathlons. you need to make sure your diet is in check. he was doing i think around 3200 calories a day. eat like 5 meals a day. run at different speeds. when riding, try sprinting on occassion, like inbetween a couple telephone poles. just switch it up whenever you can, so you are always adapting to something different. good luck with all you do!
