Anyway for my little post I used to be in excellent shape (never a huge guy but was very toned as i was a runner and b ball player in school)with right around 7.5-8% body fat after reading these posts im not going to give the exact number and be called a liar etc.

I recently started getting back into shape which is rough working as many hours as i do. But i made the commitment and have been in the gym 6-7 days a week for the past month or so... proud to say im back up to a steady 3 miles in 22 minutes as well as my other cardio and lifting regimen. Not looking to get huge like most of you guys just looking to gain decent amount of strength while getting my definition back (in reality that means the girlfriend wants the 6 pack back) and maybe a bit of size in my upper body
