No like if you take TOO much creatine, your body will stop producing it and you will need to take supplements all the time even when not lifting. Or something like that. I don't take the full dosage for Xplod and I get a good workout in, so I guess its just individual. I will most likely end up getting more xplod cause I am lazy.
