Either MSD or Taylor wires and NGK plugs. I'm not a big fan of platinum plugs so I switch to the NGK. Get a quote in wiriting if you take it to a shop. I think the service manual says 4+ hours to do plugs and wires. I would bet a shop will want $400 plus for the parts and to do the job.
