Agreed. Pay is based on a commission. so the base rate is gunna be lower then min. wage at 5.75. Training pay is 9 an hour but no com.
Average per hour rate for Salesman is about 12-15 an hour
Average rate of a tech 1 (tire, battery, oil) is 10-13.
