Float level was a little high, their was stuff clogging the needle I cleaned that out put a inline fuel filter on and its still doing the same thing, oh and i found out the secondary shaft in the baseplate is slightly bent or something causing it to leak from their a bit.

The carb stopped over flowing untill I gave it a WOT pull and it straight blew gas up from the overflow again.

I removed the carb im going to go through it all again clean it hit it with compressed air make sure EVERYTHING is perfect.

Either way im selling this carb if I cant find someone to fix it right.
