Hahah some people really have too much time on their hands.
I'll admit a lot of times when I go to car shows I enjoy winning trophies....I put a lot of hard work into my cars and it's rewarding. One thing I've learned is that you can never take trophies seriously at a show that's popular vote. Way too many variables like friends, people who have no idea what they're looking at, etc. Now at a judged show I'll take exception to losing out to cars I know aren't better than mine. It's happened and it's peeved me, but you get over it because once again....people are idiots haha. Now don't get me wrong....I KNOW there are cars out there better than mine and I have no problem admitting it. There's also many different styles and that can make it difficult to judge as well. Unless you are at an unbiased show with a strictly based points system of judging, don't take it that seriously. Plus....what the hell do you do with 305 trophies?
Oh and as for keeping them all around your car at a show.....lame! Maybe if it's like The Riddler or a Corvette Blue Ribbon (think that's what they call it)....then it's ok.
And the fake little kids...they used to creep my ex-girlfriend out....she wanted to go up and kick them!
