The good thing about tint is that they will pull you over for that and then they will look for other possible violations since you are already pulled over.
Then they will find the loud exhaust, missing cats, blacked out taillights and the other neat mods that aren't legal.
General rule of thumb, don't do anything that makes you stick out or a target to get pulled over. Like an expired inspection sticker, we know nobody drives around with those on their car!
