Got a speeding ticket last night as mentioned in my other thread...57 in a 40. ive never gotten a ticket in NY, and havent gotten one at all in 3-4 years. i have to mail in my plea, should i plea not guilty, go to court, and hope it drops to something less than 17 over? do they do that in NY like they do in NJ?
