Awww Bill, I'm so sorry you lost your buddy. I so know what you mean about loving a pet more than some family. I'd trade half my family for a nice cat or dog! I just lost my 15 yo siamese and my other cat, a 13 year old siamese, is going down hill too.
Sad stuff losing a pet. Eventually thoughts of Gizmo will bring smiles but now's the time to cry. It's amazing how much love a pet can bring.
