and we all know how that turned out.... and the car is 3300 pounds wiht the engine in it. the saab isnt 2200 lbs. thats less the na civic hatchback, hell thats lighter then an origial cobra. the cars weight is between 2700-2900 I think. so lets say adding the 350 gains it 100 lbs. so now its a 2800-3000 lbs. car. you saved 300lbs, but now you gotta add the other parts to make it work, which I would say bring it back up to 2900-3100 lbs. so now the car is heavier then from production, especially in the front end

its not like your gonna brign the front end off the ground with a basic 350. though over a short period of time im sure the chassis would begin to become distorted if there is no additional bracing.
