If you knew you were in a condition to get in trouble then you know you shouldn't have been driving. Call a cab, family member, or a sober friend next time. Getting home isn't important enough to risk your life or everyone else's over.

i had 4 beers in 4 hours. my body is capable of digesting 1 beer an hour.

driving under the influence isn't drunk driving. hell it could be drugs too. not my style though. i just stated the beer drinking because alcohol gives me a heavy foot

you cant get out of any ticket for the mos part especially equipment violations by just talking to the officer appropriately.
be smart, be courteous, and be prepared to write out a few checks every year... lol

ha i am creeping up on you. i have about 25 in 4 years of driving, suspended for 13 months. being polite is the best thing to do. my first year of driving, i would get stopped 2-3 times a month and never got a ticket. wish i learned then though. it is quite a money drain.
