Really? I seem to see a lot of cars that are inspected, insured, and carry full street equipment at the track belting out serious numbers. All it takes is money and a lot of it, some attention to putting together a properly matched and tuned combination instead of going in and just hacking things to pieces and hoping for the best.

With how tunable the computers are and with how little actual interference to performance there is from nearly all emissions equipment, it is very easy to drive a fast car on the street legally.
