I work in the personal lines auto there.Awesome company to work for, they really take care of us! I also have them for auto insurance, you get 2 dividends, one at renewal and the special div check in Nov (as long as board approves). We do have stong under writting guidelines but thats one reason why the company is the way it is. Awesome
