Yeah that's definitely not in the rat rod category. A true rat rod is American based, usually chopped and/or channeled, flat paint, patina, and has a number of creative parts such as kegs for fuel tanks, tin can air cleaners, etc.

I'm starting to put together a plan myself to try and get my hands on a truck to rat rod...time to start knocking on some sponsorship doors.
