You can't anticipate what anyone can or will do while driving. And whoever thinks they can is a fool. People rear end other people all the time in traffic. You are in the same traffic to and from work everyday, there is always a slow patch or a spot where everyone jambs the break because of the sun in the morning. Yet everyday there are accidents in almost the same exact places.
