so if i thought i saw something in front of me and nailed the brakes, should i get an "exhibition of braking power" ticket? just like the acceleration thing, i NEVER anticipate what someone else would do, i just drive with my eyes peeled. i dont say "hmm, i think he/shes gonna pull out of that intersection like a grandma and i have time to pull out. driving a motorcycle, i dodge near accidents all the time. i cant expect anyone to even stop at an intersection, cause ive seen bad things happen
