I was only doing the NoXplode or SuperPump250 before the gym, maybe some creatine mono in my water bottle (prolly too much though).....I tell you, after about a month or 2, I'd never be sore in the gym ever again, and I'd amaze my friends with the gains. Yes, you should. 5g creatine a half hour before with 30-50g dextrose or simple carbs, mix warm. Scoop of protein immediately before your workout. I thought it might be a PITA working out with this stuff in my stomach but it works well, and is recommended by a lot of pros/pro trainers. Drink a quart of fluid with a simple sugar in it to keep you going during your workout if you can. I'd post up the details as to why but I would have to look them up. Basically something to do with glycogen reserves and energy for your muscles.
