He put Pace for speeding, failing to use directional and reckless because I was weaving in and out of cars when the real story is; he was NEVER behind me so he could not have "paced" me, I DID use my directional and there were no other cars around for me to be in and out of. I would get a lawyer for this as it will get turned around on you/her very quickly.
And points transfer between most states now, PA/NJ are reciprocal so they will show up on her record but way after the fact then she will have to wait until the actually show up->then wait 3 years before they come off.
