It has nothing to do with age, but how people on this board don't know the laws. So the neon was doing 89 and he should have gotten a ticket as well. If you speed up to 30 over the limit just because somebody is coming up behind you, you obviously don't know the law. The missing front plate is another law as well as tint that everybody likes to illegally put on their cars. The Camaro is rated for towing so there's no safety issue with that unless you're towing 30+ mph over the speed limit.
This isn't a complaint against just you, but everybody here who likes to drive around like maniacs. Just ask how many people here have already lost their license or damaged their car. Then, by coincidence, ask their age. You will see the obvious trend.
