I agree that 400/400 is somewhat easy without a budget. On a budget, it becomes more difficult, and I would not want to rev to 7k to see those numbers and sacrifice low end. My opinion for street is 230's duration (XE-R) with no more than 8* overlap on stock cubes. It all comes down to what you could personally tolerate.
I also agree that the tr224 is a great power street cam, and on a 114 LSA it could pass emissions with a good tune. More opinions?
