Headers will actually make the exhaust a little higher pitch and snappier in my opinion.
The choices are limited for your car unfortunetly.
For Shorties:

SLP (stainless)
Macs/Edelbrocks/Hedmans
Longtubes:
Hooker Supercomps
I have a pair of ceramic coated Edelbrock TES headers that I was planning to let go.
