To just bolt on and go, the only company really is Edelbrock with their Air Gap ones. You could have someone port your stock one.
Also, I really doubt you will notice a gain with a new manifold, unless you have other mods done to it. I'm still running stock untouched heads, manifold and throttle body on my LT1...
