Pull the side covers off the rear wheel wells or the rear "thrunk well" and see if there is eough material so that you can cut a piece of carpet to fill the holes. You can either cut or snap off the seat mounts. Use Carpet glue tape... It's a tape that has glue, you put it under the carpet, then heat it with a hair dryer and the glue will melt and bind the patch to the carpet.
