while the pan is off. change it why not? your already in there. with 125k it would be a wise investment. it could last. and it may not. so why not replace it. i only had 97000 on my dakota. and the pump went. as for oem. i dont see you needing anything more. unless you plan on adding power upgrades, and racing it. then maybe you might want a high performance high flow pump.
