There is one body template for all brands to follow and the parts have nothing to do with who's stickers are on the sheet metal. Get over the import vs domestic thing, it's not 1985 anymore.
Picking and choosing who is right or wrong in an incident based on who is involved makes you a lot more like a typical NASCAR fanboi than an actual racing fan. In racing everyone wrecks, at some point they are the victim, at some point they are the cause, doesn't matter what your name is.
