I need help choosing oil pan for my camaro.
I pulled my pan to change gasket.. found some rust on stock pan.
I figure its a good time to upgrade my pan. But the problem is that I never had to deal with it before.
So can someone tell me whats the deal? what is the difference between dry and wet sump? suggest oil pan for my application. Canton or Moroso?

Preferably to use stock oil pump (cuz i got new one)
Which one would fit without modifying anything?

I was thinking of this one:
Chevy Camaro LT-1 Canton Road Race Oil Pan (15-242T)
What kind of pick up I need? (stock pump w/ white spring)

And where I can get one for decent price?
Any of the sponsors sell them?

I'm planing to use camaro for road race.
Its 96 LT1 m6 w/ UMI k-member and MAC shortys and y-pipe w/ cats(same location as stock exhaust)
