What have you tried so far to diagnose the problem? Have you tried swapping out the coil and/or ignition control module or shimming it away from the head/bracket with washers to try and keep it cooler? Have you swapped out the MAF with another one that works fine? It would seem to be either a spark or fuel problem and heat could soak into the ICM, coil, overpressurize the fuel system. Maybe the IAT sensor is giving bad readings.
