Hey man this happened to me, I had to call AOL and have them give me an address to terminate the account in writing b/c they told me they couldn't do it over the phone too. Make a copy of the termination letter and poof they have no choice but to cancel the account or face legal prosecution of their own, that won't make the $103 go away but at least you won't incur anymore AOL charges.
