Lat time I remember Dover Police not cracking down was when we were back in HS...Got away w/ street racing on 37 pretty easily...Your a target nowadays on 37 just driving around w/ these types of cars. Funny I was comming down 9 near Tune Time Performance turned the corner and it was rice central
