He says that even though the surgery is great, it is expected to get even better very soon. The fact that you will need reading glasses after a short period time and seeing glares and rings in light may be eliminated with the advanced surgery. worst comes to worst, you're at least getting the same great surgery. Keep in mind, that he hasn't even had it done yet. He has glasses...
