haha...no. I bought it 3 months before my 17th b-day with money that I earned from a part time job that I was working 25+ hours a week while going to school. The only reason the title is in my dad's name is because i was not old enough to register the car in my name at the time I bought it. I'm actually transferring the title into my name once I'm well enough to drive it again. Btw, if you don't know the history of the car, I bought it stock with 170+K for 5 grand...that's not that hard to swing for a teenager who actually knows how to save money and has a job that was paying $8.50 an hour at the time.
