No, I'm talking about 3g browsing. Al and I stood side by side and loaded the same page. iPhone was much faster loading.
As for the screen issues, I have a hard case with screen protector and I've never had a problem. Best 30 bucks I've spent I think. My dog got the phone the first day I got it, no damage. It's been dropped twice, still no damage. And the screen wipes off with my sleeve.
