I lost a wheel WITH the adapter still on it(lost all the lugs holding the adapter to the hub) on the parkway because a year earlier when I put them on I used a lug wrench and I guess I never really tightened them down hard enough and they finally came loose.

Then again I lost a wheel on my beater because I didnt tighten the lugs down enough either, that didnt even have spacers/adapters on it...needless to say all wheels/adapters from now on are being double checked after I put them on by a shop with a air gun
