What about the Australian 9 bolt borg warner rearends with the 28 spline axles from 87+ cars. I dont know what size they are but they were stock in the thirdgens and arnt 10 bolts and are def stronger than a stock 10 bolt, good upgrade if you can find it cheap and your on a budget.

I just sold one not too long ago for 200 bucks with calipers rotors pads brake lines diff pinion- everything! It was 3:27 gear ratio too, posi in good working condition.
