To do a full trans fluid exchange, your average person cannot.
Drain and fill does not equal full fluid exchange, and that is what is recommended by Toyota. And in the end, they decide whats coverd under warranty and whats not.
I wouldnt recommend you going to a dealer, but I would recommend sticking to the recommended service intervals.
