Yeah same thing Tim suggested. but it's registered now so it wont be a problem. I can understand them wanting the houses to look presentable, but one car in the driveway shouldn't be something you should get fined for imo. I can see if you had a yard full of junkers, but that wasn't the case.

Edit - Lol no mowing the lawn at 4am. Just spinning the tires in the street
