idk who should be more embarassed. id be pissed if i was the cop...the purpose of pants is to cover your special area, its like they go take a **** and forget to pull their pants up.

in reality though, the "style" of low pants came from prison where cowards would wear their pants real low and lets the strong ones know that they are "open for business", so whenever you see a "thug" walking around you can laugh at him.
