I have seen cases where an individual has no cash, or has too little to compete in the final round ($100, the Ken and the other contestant have the rest) and as a result, regardless of result, will lose in the end. As others stated, you get to ask a question, i.e. "is the car on the bottle" or "what kind of HP are you making"; I've even seen questions about safety equipment (gives an idea of times, assuming they have the minimum requirement for their class).
