I think the video card is a bit weak but if you don't do gaming it'll be fine.
For a few bucks more you could've gotten a quad core AMD chip but again, if you don't do any gaming or hardcore video/photo editing you're fine.
Invest a few more bucks and buy a decent sound card 
...and like 5.7TA said about the fans...you can never have enough fans 
You could spend a few more dollars and REALLY have a kick ass PC but if you're really only using it to surf the net, listen to some music and that stuff then it's fine.
