And EGR control? IIRC the EGR solenoid is CCC controlled, although I could be mistaken.
With a 305 there is little benefit to you changing carbs. Spend the $$ somewhere more useful like gears or SFCs. At least IMO. If it is true that the secondaries don't open 100% then a good rebuilder can fix that.
