to switch to a gen4 (ls2, ls3, etc) you will either need to have a shop change the reluctor wheel on the crank, or use the wiring harness adapter to make it work. there is a TON of info on ls1tech regarding gen4 motor swaps, and i believe njspeeder has been researching them as well
