ill check it out now, and yes i go up all the way (almost lock out) and down to 90 degrees

i do that before i start my chest workout once every other (or every other 2nd) chest workout... not every time, as for push ups i weigh 200lbs i have not really tried to go that far with them but ill give it a try...
