Its leaking out of the weep hole on the WP most likely. Switch to a electric water pump and put a new cap and rotor on it (and clean out the inside, I usually use wd40 and then blow it dry). Once there is no more moisture most likely it will be fine. You seem to have no patients though, you just got the car and already you are looking to scrap a 600 horse LT1?
