i dont think there is a real reason and i dont think its fair. gender discrimination??? maybe the founder of the thought was female??...i can say that i have never gotten into an accident with another car.((while i was driving)) and that im far from careless! chicks dont pay attention half as much as guys.. i can stand those ones who ya see driving with there feet//knee so they can have both hands for their sidekick kinda thing...! drives me crazyyyy.
