Well, as you may remember, a jack @ss t boned me while making an illegal u turn across 4 lanes. My brand new 3 week old 2009 C-C300 4-matic Mercedes is smashed and it waiting for the insurance company/ body shop and dealer to fix it.
So, now for a loaner. I went to Enterprise and they gave me a 2009 Chevy Silverado extended cab - it had 170 miles on it so brand new. Within 5 minutes I confirmed to myself that I hate pick up trucks.
So, I began calling them for an alternate car. They kept on promising me they would get other cars in.....and after constant calls I told them I would return the truck and go to another Enterprise - this seemed not to bother them.
So, I go in this past Friday, spend like 1 hr waiting for a car. They offered me a Ford whatever, I was like NO. They offered a durrango, I was like HELL NO. They offered a Lincoln Towncar, again HELL NO!. I was almost sold on a Pontiac G6 GT...... and the guy says why don't we take a look in the back - I said sure why not.
So, we are walking back there and I see my dream car (no, not a dodge neon) and I jokingly say I'lll take that one! He says sure. I am like..... are you kidding me? He says no. I say, is it really a rental car??? He says yup. I'm still not believing him and then he unlocks the car and hands me the keys?!?!?!?
Yes, the new SEXINESS:

I've got it for probably the next month.
I pay $1 per day for it

Work covers the first $45 for a loaner!
It's a v6 and is surprisingly peppy. Now, it seems very happy in my driveway so now I start saving for an R/T version!
And yes, I will take it to the track
